TBBS(NS),a slow-release accelerator for natural rubber and synthetic diene synthetic rubber, is named “Standard Accelerator” because of its good performances. Also it doesn’t produce the carcinogenic nitrosamine during the rubber vulcanization, and therefore it has achieved a wide application in radial tire and green tire industry.

Taking imported tert-butyl amine and domestic fine accelerator M as raw material, our products meet the HG/T2744-1996 superior-grade standard. There’re two product shapes for choosing, namely the powdered or the granular, thanks to adopting of a new pelleting process.

The product is the delayed effect accelerator for natural rubber and dienes synthetic rubber. Its property is similar to that of CZ accelerator on the whole, but the delayed effect is bigger than that of CZ accelerator. It doesn’t produce any carcinogen of nitrosamine in vulcanization. It is used for making radial tyre and the enviroment-friendly tyre.
